Understand Survey Types

There are 4 primary Survey types

• Standard
• Lead-Gen
• Anonymous
• Live Agent (Live Chat)

Create a Survey

While creating a Survey you can:

• Select or upload a background and branded icon
• Define the Welcome Page
• Add Questions
• Set up the Exit Page

Send Survey(s)

Surveys can be sent in 4 different ways:

• 1 at a time from the Lead, Contact, Case or Opportunity
• 200 at a time from a List View on Lead or Contact
• 5,000 at a time through the Surveyor tab
• Automatically with a Process Builder
